You make your own schedule which I have to say is a big plus. Too bad it's the only one.

Cons

Have to get permission from upper management (not your AM or TM) to go over your service time no matter what. No more compensation for travel time and mileage. Doesn't matter if you're traveling 40-50 miles OR MORE in one direction to your first store or back home from your last. Tough luck, apparently!
