Don't like to give bad reviews but this is not a good place to work at all.
Pros
When I started here, I was told I would get to make my own schedule. But you don't get to. It's very rigid and you can't change your stores around or you get warned.
Cons
*No control over schedule. * Very poor pay and no raises. * Expected to complete work on very little time and have to explain in detail why more time is needed. *Promises by corporate that are never carried through. Last year in a conference call we were promised bonuses. Nothing was ever mentioned again. The conference call is once a year the CEO talks about what a great company it is. We are not allowed to respond in any way. *No mileage to or from first and last store-which in some cases is a long way. *Company is constantly trying to push slow sellers by sending "extra" of everything. Impossible to put all out. I could go on and on. *Too much paperwork!! The couple of positive comments on this site were put up by management and people they asked to write positive comments about company. So sad they had to ask., They cannot get enough people to work here and people are constantly quitting.
