      Pros

      Pay is decent. Some good people in the company. Cool office location currently and eventually when they will move to the new location in the Mayo Clinic Square.

      Cons

      Tense work environment. Turnover seems to be high, feels like someone gets fired every week to two weeks. Not much of a work/life balance, management expects you to work non stop. Micromanagement happens a lot here.

      Pros

      Having spent 30 years of my life working for a Major CPG company and not feeling inspired, the past 1.5 years working for Jack Link’s has been a great experience. The company’s values are fundamental life rules that apply to everyday living and cultural fit within the organization is important. Things get done quick because there are no barriers and It’s nice to work somewhere that you can be yourself, work hard, they value your input and you can make a difference!

      Cons

      The company is changing fast and you better hold on to your seat but it’s worth the ride.
