      Pros

      Good pay, bennies, and coworkers. If you can get past the issues it is a great place to work, and the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Like every job it has its days. Currently I would have to say the biggest problem is upper management. We are currently having issues retaining employees, and that primarly comes from how they and their supervisors are treated by upper management. There are alot of great people that work here. Just dont expect to see them over in corporate.

      Pros

      You're trusted very quickly with a large amount of responsibility and given the opportunity to lead large endeavors. Individual teams can have great camaraderie. Majority of middle managers and directors understand employee needs and create the best environment.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is disconnected from the organization but controls even the smallest business decisions even if it doesn't align with best practices. Very micro-management behavior. Prioritize profit over longevity and employee well-being. Outdated benefits and non-competitive pay. Disorganized in onboarding and exiting.
