Pros

Mid - Lower level team members are wonderful. Helps to be in downtown working and if you live in the area.

Cons

Upper management is disfunctional. Marketing controls all functions to a degree that is disturbing. It is all a performance, upper level management looks to create/do high level big projects and actions, with little long term goals and planning.

Director level and above manage solely through demeaning, bullying, and demoralizing their departments. No one with a moral compass or sense of ethics will thrive or even be allowed to function here.

The products are amazing. Organization might have great growth potential. Nice office space in downtown.

Cons

They overwork their team members until they burnout and quit. The tenure for most people is a year or two which causes constant churn and conflict. There are no opportunities for growth, professional development, or promotion. Benefits are lackluster at best. Leadership is fairly incompetent and shows no appreciation for team members. Ownership is greedy and unwilling to invest in talented people or make any meaningful change to culture or work/life balance.
