Pros

It's great in maintenance if you stay under the radar. Free jerky, clothes etc. Great company picnic. Decent bonus program.

Cons

Those who don't stay under the radar and work hard are expected to work harder and given more responsibilities while those who don't volunteer or work hard are left to sleep in the corner. However they still get a raise at the end of the year while those with many more years with the company get nothing.

Jack Link's is a really cool brand and the people you work with are awesome. The work is challenging and their benefits are average.

Cons

Jack Link's has very high expecations of you to work well over a standard work week. There is no work life balance and unfortunately, there isn't a ton of respect from some upper level management team members. The environment is more 'finger pointing' versus working through collaboration.

No longer Jacks company, poor executive management, too many strategists not enough doers Can't trust leadership, values are only lip service
