My department and the people in it were amazing.

Cons

Did not take suggestions for process improvements very well. Some employees were very disrespectful and when brought to HR, it was swept under the rug since they were high performers or family of higher ups. Doesn't care about work/life balance for certain departments. Technology is very behind. If you're not in production, you will be overlooked and looked down upon. Backstabbing was rampant. It's everyone for themselves.
