Overall, the company truly cares about its people. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Benefits are great! Great environment! The company is growing and has a lot of great products, services and ideas. Their philanthropy and community efforts are amazing.

Cons

Due to extreme growth in a short period of time, some areas are still working on their processes. Some promotions to management may have been premature or additional management training is needed.
