Pros

Competitive salary, nice office, well-known firm.

Cons

Poor management, rude principals, favoritism, lack of caseload structure. Associates are paired with up to 14 different partners with differing expectations, styles, work hours, management styles, etc. Some partners are just plain toxic, with zero respect for associates and staff alike. Micromanagement is at an all-time high in comparison to similar firms. If you’re not a partner, you’re treated like a first year regardless of experience. Dog eat dog culture. You’re better off taking a lower salary and maintaining your sanity and dignity.

My boss at the time was great but that was pretty much it. Benefits also weren't terrible.

Cons

There was no upward mobility for data positions. It was very evident that they cared a lot more about the attorneys than the support staff. Overall, very mundane work.
