Pros

There are some are some supportive Attorneys and paralegals who are willing to trust staff with difficult tasks and do not micromanage their work. Good vacation and health benefits

Cons

It can be difficult to find support or help among some of the staff as they are much more willing to throw others under the bus in order to prop themselves up. There is little to no room for growth, but if growth does come it can take a very long time.

Great team to work with! Everyone is very supportive and enjoyable to be around.

Cons

No room for growth. You will learn the role within the first year and then you can expect to be doing the same things over and over at the same level for the rest of your life. Even if you get promoted to Senior Analyst you can expect the same work. The company will not value you unless you are an Attorney, you are easily replaceable in their eyes. You can expect a VERY small raise every year that does not even cover inflation, or living costs in Denver, but the starting salary is reasonable. This is not a long term career move, but it will be a good resume builder.
