      Pros

      Not much besides the pay.

      Cons

      Unethical people here. Bad work environment. Snotty. Only hire their friends. No focus on actual work product. If you want to work here make sure to give people tons and tons of attention. Worship the ground the attorneys walk on and they’ll like you. People feel like god simply because they went to law school. Very unethical.

      Office was nice and location had a lot of places to eat.

      Cons

      Preferential treatment of staff, double standards on how they treat white people to how they treat people of color. HR asks you to cover things up and not discuss the harassment, bullying, and mistreatment.

      Cons

      Within the business side of JL, there are a lot of silos. Often there will be multiple solutions being discussed by different teams that are incongruous. There isn't a solid roadmap that teams can look to for any kind of guidance. While there are a multitude of amazing people, there are a few duds. Unfortunately, those duds seem to be yelling the loudest and get in the way of actual progress.
