Still some great people to work with. Good about working from home

Management . Company was very different when I started in 2002 New management came and reorganization in 2024 a year later told how to do jobs had to go by spreadsheets Performance improvement plan handed out like candy even to employees who got good reviews. When employees bought up concerns they were told they were the problem. Management was cold, not saying hi to employees

Pros

Great law firm with some very smart people. I can only speak for the office I was in, but it was a really nice group of people and one of the best work environments I've ever been in.

Cons

The functional group I was in has a ways to go to be more mature and provide the level of value that the firm deserves from the group. A lot of this is because leadership generally wasn't open to new ideas or suggestions for improvement.
