Cons

Pay is laughably low compared to the market for analysts, Office staff that aren't attorneys are treated incredibly poorly, No room for advancement

Reasonable hours, flexible schedule for the most part.

Cons

Terrible pay, revolving door of associates, unsophisticated cases, a handful of tyrannical partners. This place is an EPLI mill.

Pros

The current OA is not a micromanager. She is very friendly and easy to talk to.

Cons

Office has a high turnover. Office doesn’t offer parking stipend or building parking. Firm has taken away regular Christmas bonus and charged staff with writing a narrative for why they deserve a bonus. Offices with less than 3 staff don’t qualify for bonuses. Firm doesn’t include Christmas Eve as a holiday unless it falls on a Friday.
