      There's no room for growth and management is only concerned with their own job and protecting themselves. No real support for the staff.

      Pros

      Yu can gain experience using excel and teach yourself keyboard shortcuts to get the job done more quickly. These skills can be used at future jobs.

      Cons

      The management is very one sided. You are required to do everything exactly as the attorneys would like. They are not very open to new ideas or opinions of an analyst.

      If you like turnover, you will love Jackson Lewis

      Pros

      It's a large firm with plenty of opportunities if you can stay on management's good side.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. The firm appointed a new COO in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021. One of them was let go less than 2 months after being hired, and the position currently appears to be in limbo. There was also at least one instance of CXO turnover each year between 2015 and 2022. The continuing changes in strategy have been exhausting for the rest of us.
