      The firm has many nice people to work with. It is a family friendly company Many resources available to employees.

      Cons

      As a large firm, there can be a lot of bureaucracy in getting anything accomplished. There also is not much transparency regarding compensation decisions.

      Pros

      Top notch compensation and benefits of a large firm but in a small firm environment. Many of the staff and attorneys are top of their fields.

      Cons

      Local office was terribly unprofessional with a tyrant and a bully for a managing partner. Approximately half of the attorneys left within the first year of her taking control.
