I am writing this review again because of the fake reviews that the employees have posted and cannot find any problem with the company apart from a "working saturday". This company is strictly for a hardcore carpet person. If you do not belong to this line, pl avoid at all costs. The new employees are sized up for a few day and then are thrown out without any reason. You must be seeing > 40 reviews posted online for this company which does a business of around 100 crores in India--whereas most companies who have a business of > 500 crores do not have 10 reviews even. This is only because the ex and existing employees are not taken care of. PL avoid at all costs. Do not go by the looks.

1. The space will not fit in all the cons. I could just go on. From management to work environment to culture everything is shaken up and will remain the same till the time the CMD stops thinking of himself as God. There are a few good people. The departments who are in direct touch with the CMD face the highest attrition and can never be stable. They pay good salary as compared to other industries in jaipur, but after a few days they start discussing a persons worth in terms of money. If you are standing talking to someone, the management will say things like"look there he is standing and wasting our money". Even if you breath,they lose cash. So don't fall prey to high salary. It's a trap.
