Pros

Allow to control a positive department with respectful workers. Able to change a department for the best by incorporating a better work environment for employees with reason goals, and better ways to reach those goals.

Cons

The ability to communicate well with management. Being able to use the proper resources to obtain goal and ideas within the department. The company is a very useful company to the community and very respectful among lots of people. Jaipur has a high rate of changing employees frequently.

I would certainly appreciate more specific feedback regarding your barriers to communicating more effectively with management, as well as the use of proper resources to obtain goals and ideas. I do agree that we have experienced more turnover in some areas this year, but since the addition of our company values at the beginning of this year, we did expect a higher rate of change than normal, and the majority of the change has resulted in a more positive atmosphere overall.
