      Pros

      We people from small villages have lots of dreams which we want to fulfill and Jaipur rugs is a medium of reaching our dream. Initially, I became part of this organization just to complete my study because it was making us financially independent and I was capable to pay my fee. But after that, I realize there is a lot of opportunities to learn too. And when people from the organization have identified good leadership and communication quality in me then I realized apart from the study I can learn many things which other girls from my village can't.

      Cons

      Sometimes the behavior of the organization's people bother us. We do hard work but don't get an appreciation reward for that. Providing less salary is also a drawback of the organization.
