      For freshers, Jaipur Rugs can be a place where he/she can explore themselves. Here, you get a chance to work with your interest. The CMD of this organization talks to you directly and you can share with him what you feel. He gives you direction. Even if you think there is some skill in which I'm not good or you want to learn it then you can share it with CMD directly and he will give you support as much he can.

      Pros

      People of the Jaipur Rugs are very supportive, they identify the best quality in you and polish it as well. I learned a lot from this organization and from its people. I come from very backward area and never knew that there is a leadership quality in me but this organization has identified it and given me opportunity to learn more. Now, I train new weavers about weaving and passing the culture of the organization from one village to another.

      Sometimes you give your 100 percent to your work but you don't get appreciation as required.

      Healthy Environment, -This is the place you can call home; many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others -Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. -Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas and continually encouraging growth, both personal and professional.

      Cons

      No company is perfect while we grow there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedure etc.) that come along with any growing company, it is important not to hung up on what's wrong but focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that.
