Focused on not just on the daily work but also on individual employee empowerment. I have gotten so many opportunities to enhance my work skills. The well-defined training culture helps me improve my work and in my personal life too. Overall continuous learning and freedom of experiment in work culture are the best that I can not find anywhere else.
