While Jamf takes a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package, striving to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but other benefits and services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. We continue to review compensation in 2022 and make adjustments based on market conditions.

We are excited about the growth Jamf has experienced in recent years, and though we are proud to have maintained stability in our culture and values during these periods of progression, we are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We have recently hired a Chief People Officer to help lead Jamf’s people operations and engagement strategy to recruit, retain and develop our global and diverse employee base. We are excited for this new leadership and guidance for our Human Resource operations.
