Thank you for leaving a review. We do recognize the career path for certain roles and departments is clearer and more well defined than others. As a high growth organization, there are many opportunities for Jamfs to explore and we encourage employees to work towards their long-term careers goals, discover new interests, as well as cross-department opportunities.

Thanks for leaving a review! We know the compensation landscape globally has shifted, and Jamf has a number of efforts currently underway to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive. We are excited about the ability to add long term financial opportunity that our equity programs (Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) and Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) open up for our employees to build wealth for their future, yet we realize base pay is extremely important. At the end of 2021, Jamf rolled out training for our leadership team on Jamf compensation philosophy, programs, and processes. We will be broadening the scope of these trainings, both around compensation and leadership & development, as we move through 2022.

Thanks for leaving a review. While we recognize the career path for certain roles and departments is clearer and more well defined than others, career growth is an area we continue to review for all of our Jamfs so they can continue to work towards their long-term goals. Most of our sales team start out as Sales Development Representatives to really learn the business, but it doesn’t take long for most to move to an Account Executive role. From there, our sales team can diversify into a sales vertical or even move into management. As a growing company, we also support employee growth through the vertical as well as the horizontal.
