      Pros

      Health coverage is top notch. Many opportunities to get involved and gain new experiences.

      Cons

      Some teams do not play nice together - no same team mentality between cross departments. People who do not, or can not, do their jobs are still employed and rewarded.

      Good company through and through

      Pros

      Employees are treated well and given a lot of trust. Strong values, lots of room for family life and volunteering.

      Cons

      Standard tech job stuff—relentless changes, some elements of hustle culture (but not too bad at all)

      Growing pains, but a good foundation

      The people are some of the best I’ve met Good product, market leader Stability 100% remote

      Cons

      CEO is pretty out of touch with the boots on the ground work Benefits and salary not competitive with other SaaS companies DE&I work is performative at best

We continue to review employee feedback, such as this, so we can address pain points where they exist.
