Pros

Great people and leadership. Fun, fast paced, start-up environment that presents a number of challenges for those willing to grab on to them. Creating a new market and aggressively going after that market, a bit rare these days in the tech world. Very solid emphasis on work/life balance and although it has not always been the greatest, getting much better on internal communication and keeping everyone informed on what's going on.

Cons

Struggle to stick to road map, product is a tad bit ahead of its time making it a challenge to sell. Still a small company, so not a lot of career path opportunities here...so people build experience and move on.

Pros

very intelligent hard working people that where happy to share knowledge flexible work schedule fast paced environment

Cons

upper management plans seemed reactionary, instead of carefully cultivated to create the best chance of success for the company. management micromanaged projects priority of features changed often, which was unfair to those whose task it was to implement them. Most people are underpaid for the spectacular work they do.
