Cons

Had to think long and hard here. Might have had some cons a couple of years ago, but management was dedicated to fixing them all, whether it was people or product or partners, and I believe the company is now firing on all cylinders.

Lots of autonomy, great people and a culture that values opinions from all levels in the organization. I also enjoy the adherence to security and general IT best practices that sometimes get lost in a larger corporate environment.

Cons

The open floor plan can be distracting and loud at times.
