* Plenty of opportunity to wear different hats and learn new skills * Fantastic group of people to work with, low drama * Extremely supportive management, feels like we're all on same team and working towards same goals

Cons

* Often too much to accomplish with resources available * Sometimes priority trade off decisions don't seem to happen and we just try to accomplish everything which leads to predictable results

Pros

Freedom to explore / learn, transparency in communication across teams & levels, collaboration at HQ and even more on the road, interesting problems to solve that make a difference to our economy

Cons

Sales was so good at selling that Product and Professional Services could not keep up. Better architectural scoping oversight from prospect to client can do wonders for not only THEIR customer success but also OUR costs in maintenance & support to adopting new product.
