However, the leadership style, particularly from the CEO, made the work environment unnecessarily stressful. While they were undeniably intelligent and visionary, their approach was often cold, unapproachable, and demanding, with little regard for work-life balance. The expectations were sky-high, but appreciation and recognition were scarce, making it feel like no amount of effort was ever enough. Priorities frequently shifted at the last minute, leading to a reactive culture that could be exhausting. Despite the many positives, the lack of empathy from leadership made it difficult to feel fully engaged and supported in the long run.
