      The team is very talented and competent. The company has tremendous potential from the team, funding, and market need, plus the founder's vision and will. It is an inspiring mission that you can be proud to be working toward. As an engineer you get to work with cutting edge deep learning techniques; the technology behind the current AI surge.

      Cons

      There is currently a need for an experienced head of Product. Management is aware of this and is actively recruiting for it.

      * Great team. Smart, dedicated team members. Top tiered experts in each area. * Great mission backed by science and technology. * Lots of interesting technology areas : real-time data pipeline, ML recommendation system, modern mobile app with strong focus on design and user engagement. Can learn from experts in the team and also apply one's skills on interesting problems. * Well funded startup with the freedom not to be limited by short-term goals only.

      Cons

      * Need more process improvement in order to scale up * (Not exactly a con but keep this in mind): need to be a self-starter. not everything will be spelt out in minute details - you need to be able to problem solve independently
