Terrible Workplace environment

Pros

Great Mission Can look good externally. Amazing coworkers/engineers end up here but leave soon.

Cons

Terrible workplace culture. the current C level suite, the ones who haven't left that is, (CTO and then CEO) lack empathy and are not honest. Not a single founding member beside the CEO is left. There is no board for regulation, so best bet is to become friends with them, as they hire and promote those all the time. I would still get everything in writing.

Pros

Competitive base salary, lots of funding.

Cons

CEO does not understand product, software, or people. CEO does not trust full-time employees and instead relies on part-time (10hr/week) advisors to make key decisions. Very few people stay longer than 1 year. Lots of offshore contractors. No transparency.
