Good benefits. Nice employee lounge with beer and wine on tap.

Cons

Condescending management. If the people at the top don't like you, don't expect team members or others from other departments to like you or have your back. People take advantage of the minimal supervision and work less than the required 40+.

Janus Henderson Investors: - The Client Service department is run by high school bullies. - Upper management gossip about new hires - Toxic work environment - Horrible hours and horrible pay I never write reviews on Glassdoor, but I have to share my experience with this firm. If you are looking to start and grow your professional financial career don't walk away, RUN away from this firm. Go work for CS or Fidelity instead.
