Good pay. The performance of the company as a whole makes you feel proud to be employed.

Cons

The internal management team doesn’t have a good flow with each other which makes everything else feel chaotic. Not great communication within the company.

Great for a company that you have family in! If you are a great Salesman! Good PTO!

Cons

Qualfications take back seat to likability. Promotions, Evaluations, etc all done by asme board members. Lost a lot of contracts. Quality assurance is more important than Technical sound products.
