Pros

1. Software Engineer : If you are Lucky. You will get good salary. 2. Senior Software Engineer : High earning potential. If you are lucky. You can earn more than 15 – 20 lakh per annum with an exp of just 2 years. 3. fast pace mandatory technical training ranging from 1-3.5 months as per need. (Java and some other tools) 4. PF deductions can be 100% avoided 5. Consistent focus on building communication skills of the employee

Cons

Common for all : 1. You will never grow as per knowledge here. Your work Ex here will never be useful to you in your future jobs. 2. Mad Crazy for message reverts. Behave like hounds. You should be either in ICU or there should be revert to their pings within 1 minute. 3. You must maintain a power backup / desk-chair setup and WIFI connection (min 50mbps) on your own expense 4. Permanent Night Shifts round the year. 5. Salary credited between 7th-10th of every month. Never before. Might get delayed. 6. Very reluctant in providing laptop and other asset until you force them. Will encourage the employee to use personal system for office purpose. 7. You can’t upload your CV to any job portal. 15 days salary deducted if found (As per the signed code of conduct) 8. You can’t be late more than 5 mins. Half day salary deducted. 9. If your laptop is not working/network failure happened. Leave counted. 10. Just 9 leaves in 1 year. Even if all of them fall on weekends, they will count it. No compensatory leave for them. 11. Very suspicious way of operation. You won’t find a single person on LinkedIn who has mentioned this company as their past company. 12. 09:30 hour shift timings. As a Software Engineer : 1. Absolutely zero learning throughout the period you work here. You won’t write a single line of code ever. Some part time freelance will code on a remote desktop located in US and you get to watch it remotely and inform your senior if any help is needed there. 2. You will never get your hands on any code to even self-learn. 3. In all Hr calls, you will be glorified as a conqueror. Same speech given to every trainee and then knock you in to a meaning less work. The job can be performed by even a 5th standard student with enough exposure to English language. 4. Incentives are meagre as compared to your senior (1/8th to be exact). 5. You will be expected to be lightening fast in your reverts. 1-2 mins of late will result out to serious accusations and verbal assault on you. In rare cases when you are lucky and get a good reporting senior. That’s the only case when you can relax just a bit. Still not 1 minute or so. 6. On calls as well as texts, some seniors (not all) will resort to oral/verbal assault to threaten and intimidate you. 7. The only thing you will learn is how to be a good Personal Assistant (Surprising but true. Based on experience of multiple employee) As a Senior Software Engineer : 1. You will be glued to one spot. Landline will be installed and connected for communication to onsite clients. You won’t be able to travel much 2. Extending work hours are common practice 3. You won’t write a single line of code ever 4. You will have to manage parallel meetings with client on more than one project where each one will behave like a hound 5. Miss-treated if you resign. They might as well terminate you abruptly without a sudden notice.

I have served a long year in Java R&D. I got this role when the pandemic was on high peak and they provided me job at that time. I joined the company and completed my training on cutting edge technologies. The training was awesome. And in the mid , I lost my mother and the company helped me at that time and I got call from senior person and they provide me good support. The experience is really awesome.
