Pros

Great benefits, great people, great mission. They gave equal opportunity to all ages and did discriminate against recent grads. They gave so many fresh graduates the opportunity to get their feet wet in the career of research

Cons

overturn in management made transitions of teams difficult and for the time work-life balance was not great but then again, any job during the pandemic was difficult.

Javara is very transparent with their refreshing company.

Cons

Javara has its heart in the right place, but operationally they are still a new company with all the accompanying bugs and glitches. I have seen managers be praised during success and the workers condemned during failure.
