Pros

The culture and values, from top down, are wonderful. There is a real positive attitude sufficing the company. In spite of the required rapid growth with Operation Warp Speed, there is continued evolution of company policies and support for growth. Leadership really listens to all employees and takes action on suggestions. The expectations are high for all levels of the team and everyone is held to those expectations. There is room and encouragement and a plan for career growth. Salary offers are completive and generous. Additionally there is flexibility in schedule when appropriate.

Cons

The PTO policy is lacking in comparison to contemporaries.

Decide if healthcare benefits outweigh sanity

Pros

The healthcare benefits are fantastic, and the PTO is decent. The starting rate for a CTN is pretty great in this economy.

Cons

There is RAMPANT favoritism and almost nepotism running through the company. It started off a small company, and expanded so quickly they were scrambling for coverage so much they ended up hiring close friends. They will play favorites with these hired friends and will run everyone else into the ground. There will be a clear line between the “popular” hires and the others. The popular hires/friends will hide out in management’s office all day gossiping, while the rest see pts, process blood, run interference with the PIs, and the CRAs. Don’t look to be promoted if you’re not part of the popular crowd. They had a seminar that everyone was expected to attend talking about mental health and how we were supposed to handle the stress of work. Everything that was suggested is not feasible, but they get a pat on the back for saying “Mental Health Matters” and pretending they care.
