First and foremost, we are concerned to learn about the frustrations you have encountered. We acknowledge there have been times when unexpected changes were made to accommodate growth and understand how that could result in such challenges. As this is not indicative of the employee experience we aim to provide, we also recognize this feedback as an opportunity to reflect on the importance of clear, timely communication.
