Pros

Javara has lucked into some great mid level staff that cares about research integrity and works harder than anyone I've worked with before.

Cons

-Terrible hiring process that has allowed many unqualified people to slip in, then get fired when they can't perform basic job requirements like completing onboarding training. -Continuous overloading and piling studies onto certain staff while others are sitting around with little responsibility (I'm the one sitting around) -Complete abandonment of mission statement: Clinical Research As A Care Option sounds great if you are actually proving care and treatment for people who wouldn't otherwise have it. Javara seeks out the most profitable trials and provides trials to people who don't need it.

Suspicious Company

Pros

Pay was decent considering clinical research rates.

Cons

I worked for Javara for 1 year and while it started it off well I definitely noticed a shift the company culture, in hq as well. I was never in drama, always professional though keeping quiet allowed me to see what was going on. This company is definitely what you would call a “toxic workplace” From favoritism, discrimination, micromanagement, just about all the negative things you could of. I even had an incident with IT snapping back at me via email because they sent a wrong computer and I took “too long” to send back the old one. Management kept pushing back promotion to CTN 2 though they literally have a written plan to complete that I was overqualified for CTN1. They have wrongfully fired people and have shown signs of prejudice in the workplace because they can. And while I never cared if my manager was in office or not, management always stayed home. I say the company was suspicious because I always noticed fluctuations in my biweekly pay though I always worked the same hours and these were significant differences. They definitely have some work to do as fairly new company.
