      Pros

      I think the culture on my team was very strong and I enjoyed my time at Javara. I spent time as an intern and a FTE. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would work for Javara again. My direct boss was a joy to work for, and our CEO as well.

      Cons

      As with any start up, there are growing pains that can occur. They have gone through “right sizing” a few times within the last couple of years so that can always be scary at times. If you work hard and preform well, it will be worth it!

      Great opportunity to grow and learn, especially if you like taking on new challenges and wearing multiple hats. The work is interesting and impactful, and leadership is passionate about the mission and genuinely cares about employees. Flexible work options for corporate staff are a big plus.

      Like most emerging companies, there are growing pains. Processes are still being built and things can change quickly, which may be challenging for people who prefer a more structured environment.
