      excellent SMEs, terrific benefits, majority of "worker bees" are kind and well-intentioned

      Cons

      upper management/governance is a disaster/useless, new processes keep getting implemented with no warning; sharp uptick in "busy work", implimentation of "big pharma" process and attitutes everywhere; very inefficient, no one gets credit for their work except exec dir+, silo building starting
