Great health benefit, vision and dental.

Cons

Very toxic work environment - no open door policy. The leadership does not want their team to take ownership, which makes the workplace not collaborative nor welcoming. There is no initiative to fix problems, change or improve the current process because they do not think it’s their role or they are too worried about the consequence of getting it wrong. No career development - it’s all about favoritism! Too much politics and micro management.

Toxic work environment, favoritism, extreme bullying, micromanaging, blame game, and expectation of devoting every hour of even your personal life to work, absolutely no work life balance, close minded/judgmental management, no value for employees unless you are of a certain race.

- Compensation during my time was always competitive including strong benefits package

Cons

- I was with the company long enough to see the culture evolve into a very toxic and disingenuous work environment - 'Leaders' are all talk but when it comes down to it, are out of touch with their own employees and rarely engage with them - Too much change that sounds all promising but when it comes to implementing new processes, its very poorly planned and executed, adding even more to employee's workload and stress - No career development - Too much office politics and BS - not a collaborative and welcoming space as the company claims it to be - All the good employees left long ago due to burnout and not feeling valued at Jazz
