Good associate culture but no a lot of opportunity for upward mobility

The associate culture is much better than most shops given the involvement of management and the associate council

Cons

I left to pursue another opportunity at a competitor because the upward mobility path was quite narrow on my team and management didn't support internal mobility despite a glowing year end review from my senior analyst
