Pros

Awesome people to work for! Great culture. I was only there for a short period of time as a Teller, but the time spent there was awesome. Definitely would like to work there again one day.

Cons

No negative experiences. Jefferson Bank is a great company to work for and provides excellent leadership and guidance to employess. Employees were great to work with, management was great

Pros

Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and made for a fun working environment! Everyone cared for one another and always took an interest in employee's personal lives.

Cons

I can't honestly think of anything that I did not like about working at Lone Star Capital Bank. The location was a little bit out of the way for me but that was it.

Pros

Thorough training, pay is fine

Cons

I was hired as a part-time teller, but they always scheduled me for 40 hour weeks. They refused to reduce my hours even after I spoke with management.
