Great Bank with the exception of Credit Department.

Pros

Senior management was friendly and available. Co-workers were very kind and friendly as well. There was a good overall culture within the bank.

Cons

Credit department in disarray. No formal training offered. Credit Analysts overworked and subjected to extremely short deadlines, harsh criticism and excessively negative feedback which resulted in low morale within the department and high turnover.

Pros

Great Company. Office culture was better than most and the upper management is highly visible and interactive with the front line employees. This company truly cares about it's employees and I would definitely recommend a friend to work here.

Limited opportunity for advancement due to size of the bank and current employee tenures

Pros

Best part-time job for college students around. Good pay, set hours with almost no deviation from the schedule, interesting work at times

Cons

As with any part-time retail job you might encounter, it sucked it be low on the totem pole. I made some great friends that I still keep in touch with, but then there were some coworkers that couldn't handle that kind of access to money and account information.
