Pros
The students, they're rough around the edges but the best. My school administration was incredible as well and provided the teachers with many opportunities to collaborate and attend conferences.
Cons
The lack of consistency within the schools in the implementation of rules, consequence systems, etc. When some teachers don't enforce appropriate behavior or school rules, it makes it that much harder for the other teachers to enforce them in their own classrooms. Their was not any sort of system in place to evaluate a teacher's classroom management or any way to hold them responsible to improve.
