Working with kids is beyond rewarding.

Cons

Decisions are made at the top with little consideration for the impact on building level employees. Letters sent to employees about COVID concerns are bordering on threatening and intimidating.

Family atmosphere at school among teachers.

Cons

No suport from central office. Teachers are seen as disposable and admin have their own ambitions and desires. Schools are unsafe even for teachers. I was injured three times in one school year.
