      Pros

      Thankfully the last few years of working at Jenkins was fulfilling. I brought a lot to the table and felt appreciated and valued in Baltimore. Prior years in Rockville were frustrating and personalities were conflicting. I commend Baltimore management and the team for a pleasant experience and realize I can be difficult to work with. Hats off to Bob Hoffman for throwing me a life raft. And to Yianni for his management style and appreciation. . Ben, Matt and Larry are awesome. I’m not quite done yet!

      Started out great. Commission structure was good and paid monthly. Employee owned incentive. Work truck with gas card.

      Cons

      Things started to change after a year of working there. Definitely shift from upper management making bad decisions. Then the financial struggles started. Press for cash collection. Stopped paying subcontractors. Too many directors but cuts started at the bottom. Stuck in TPA mindset for work and the market is too saturated with vendors.
