      Fantastic work environment Everyone gets along Benefits Freedom, no one is breathing down your neck so long as work gets done Fast paced

      Cons

      A ton of reporting and corporate hoops to jump through. You have to have your own connections with contractors to be able to get any work done Rules with insurance companies are changing all the time so you have to stay on your toes.
