It was a job. They provided a work vehicle that we had to pay for. They provided work shirts.

Cons

Over work their employees. Under deliver on promises. Work is more important than anything else. Long hours, mediocre pay. Never ending groundhog day like feel. Work employees until burnout, then find new hires and repeat the process.

Lots of different work opportunities. In house promotions were often discussed. Encouraging team. Heavily faith based company.

Cons

When workloads are high, 1 person will have to produce an obscene amount of work. It’s a lot of pressure, not just for techs. Everyone got rode hard and put up wet. Heavily faith based company.
