      Pros

      Good company overall, good pay and benefits, medical is just okay but you get a company phone and tablet and vehicle. Potential for a lot of overtime. I recommend this job, it is certainly one of the better mitigation tech positions in the industry, especially as far as compensation from what I have seen.

      Cons

      Have seen varying levels of proficiency within departmental management. Work can be very hard and a lot of hours.
