      Pros

      Very many very knowledgeable people to learn from and very unique projects to work on. People take their work seriously but also care about each other. This office does mostly fire protection and is growing.

      Cons

      You will need to work hard and be willing to learn new skills to be successful. That many not be what all people want. It could be stressful if not used to a fast pace office.

      There seems to be too much overhead without seeing a direct benefit in helping the project managers

      -Difficult to take vacation time with amount of project work expected -Heavy focus on billable hours and utilization
