We are also glad to hear that our total rewards have made for a positive experience. As you know, tracking billable hours is an important metric and indicator of our financial health, but we hope the continued improvement around education and training specific to how and why we track these hours will help mitigate concerns.

Interesting projects, great co-workers, decent compensation. Flexible work schedule. People who are good at project execution tend to do well here.

Cons

I can see by some of the other reviews that the work experience is not consistent across offices and business lines. There were a lot of recent mergers, so there are various cultures in the different offices and product lines. It's going to be hard to figure out from the glassdoor reviews if an office is one of the good ones. The company is PE (LBO) owned, so leaders don't always make the best long term decisions. I can't fault Senior Management for that. Accounting can be painful.
